We experienced a 218% increase year on year, and in such a challenging sales environment we were very happy with the results.

Cupcakes Delivered has worked with Momentum Marketing since the business started. The reason we chose them was that Sarah and her team involved had many years experience in Marketing and listened to what Cupcakes Delivered needed as a business at the time and willing to put the time and effort into our business and helping improve our social media platform. We have not been treated as just a business but they have wanted to see our business improve and I have always felt like we were the only client but really they were extremely busy.

With the onset of COVID, it was more challenging to maintain our retail sales rate, so we decided trial sending our first eDM. We started with our Easter themed cupcakes. We experienced a 218% increase year on year, and in such a challenging sales environment we were very happy with the results.

We now regularly send eDM’s and we always experience an immediate spike in sales, which gives us the confidence to keep creating them! Now we are even experimenting with new products and marketing these purely via eDM, for example this year we developed an eDM for International Women’s Day and completely sold out of stock!!
